Professional Experiences

Ms. Chamabodee Ridluen is a licensed lawyer with a strong educational foundation in law and proven practical legal experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University, one of Thailand’s most prestigious institutions, and has developed substantial experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on criminal matters.

Her professional background spans litigation, corporate and legal and tax compliance, and commercial contracts, underpinned by strong capabilities in legal research and document management. Ms. Chamabodee communicates proficiently in English and is currently pursuing Chinese language studies to better serve Chinese-speaking clients, reflecting her commitment to effective cross-cultural communication. She is dedicated to the continuous enhancement of her professional skills and to providing reliable, proactive support to her team.

In her previous roles, Ms. Chamabodee assisted senior lawyers in managing class action cases, encompassing evidence review and preparation of case summaries. Within litigation departments, she supported case preparation and conducted in-depth legal research. She further contributed to the review of corporate legal documents and the drafting of commercial contracts, while also participating in tax law research and preparation of regulatory compliance reports. In addition, she has actively engaged in academic and professional development activities, including specialized research on the Foreign Business Act (FBA), Board of Investment (BOI) regulations, and Department of Business Development (DBD) requirements, demonstrating strong initiative and a well-rounded legal skill set to serve the firm’s clients.
