Monai Potisarattana is a highly qualified legal professional with dual Master of Laws degrees, specializing in intellectual property law from Queen Mary, University of London, and international trade and commercial law from Durham University. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors from Kasetsart University. Her professional experience encompasses a legal trainee placement in the litigation department at one of the international law firms, a regulatory and enforcement trainee at Thailand’s Department of Special Investigation (DSI), and a legal consultant in corporate and commercial practice.
