Professional Experiences

Punchaya graduated from Thammasat University with second-class honors. Before joining the firm, she used to practice in the dispute resolution area at 2 well-known firms in Thailand. During her practice, she was experienced in drafting pleadings, complaints and other court documents, conducting legal research, and managing case documentation through court proceedings. While litigation is her primary focus, she is also experienced in real estate and legal execution practices. She could bring depth, precision, and a client-centered approach to every responsible matter.

Building on her academic excellence from Thammasat University and her status as an ordinary member of the Thai Bar Association, Punchaya combines analytical rigor with responsiveness and clear communication.
