Saruda Thaisereekun earned her Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University with the major in commercial law. During her academic years, she completed internships at one of the top-tier international law firms in Thailand, gaining exposure to both corporate and dispute resolution practices. Building on this international exposure, she used to serve as a Corporate Legal Advisor for one of Thailand’s leading publicly listed companies. In this capacity, she managed high-volume corporate governance initiatives, ensuring strict alignment with evolving regulatory landscapes and internal compliance standards. She also used to work for a startup tax advisory firm, gaining exposure to businesses at different growth stages and operating environments. Leveraging her experience in both top-tier law firms and in-house management, Saruda specializes in turning complex legal requirements into actionable, growth-oriented corporate solutions.
