Professional Experiences

Thitikarn Phatwiroon graduated from Assumption University with a Bachelor of Law and she has persuaded her Master of Law in Taxation at Chulalongkorn University.

Before joining our firm, Thitikarn gained experience working with several law firms in Thailand and served as a senior lawyer at legal department of one of the big 4 accounting firms, where she provided legal advisory services to both domestic and international clients. Her expertise includes corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, Board of Investment privileges, foreign business licenses, tax, labor and PDPA and regulatory compliance. Based on her knowledge and experience, it can be ensured that she can provide the best services to the firm’s clients.
